Superior Bond Cleaning Logan provides bond cleaning, carpet cleaning and end-of-lease pest control from our base at Park Ridge. Rather than covering every type of cleaning, we concentrate on the work involved in handing a rental property back, which is a specific job with a specific standard.
Who we work with
Our customers are tenants at the end of a lease, private landlords, property managers and owners of rental properties. Each has a slightly different priority: tenants want the handover done properly, managers want the property ready for the next inspection, and owners want the home presented well for the next tenant or a sale.

We work through a property room by room rather than moving quickly over surfaces. The finish in a bond clean usually comes down to the detail: oven interiors, shower grout, window tracks, skirting boards, cupboard runners and the edges around fittings. Those are the places an exit inspection tends to look at first, so that is where the time goes.
